The FRC aims to empower, educate, and equip the community by providing free and confidential services regarding pregnancy and pregnancy decisions, offering practical support that promotes
life-affirming choices and flourishing families.

The FRC aims to be recognized in the community as a faith-based, pro-life, non-denominational organization that empowers, educates, and equips parents through free education, material resources, spiritual guidance, and emotional support, through every season of their lives.
REFUND POLICY: If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to The Family Resource Center of Oswego County, we will honor your request for a refund made within 5 business days of your donation. To request a refund, call 315-343-4866. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

When you create an account with The Family Resource Center of Oswego County you will receive an immediate acknowledgment of your donation for your records for donations of $50 or more. If your donation is less than $50 and you would like an immediate acknowledgement, please request one when making your donation. Otherwise, all donations will receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes by January 31st of each calendar year.
